To buy your beautiful anavogue handbag, you can either buy through our Stockists (see "Stockists"), the website, telephone, fax or e-mail your requirements through.

Our telephone lines are open from 09.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays. Outside these hours an answering service will operate.

anavogue accepts most credit cards.

Please add £4 for postage and packaging for delivery within the UK. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

For special deliveries or deliveries outside the UK please ask.

Terms and Conditions

On placing your order with anavogue, you accept the following terms and conditions.

All prices include VAT as applicable, but exclude postage and packaging.

Please allow 3-5 days for delivery of goods in stock once payment has been processed. If goods are temporarily sold out, we will advise you of the delivery time.

All products shall be at the risk of the customer once delivered.

Please check the bag on taking delivery. We carefully check every product prior to despatch, but in the unlikely event of damage, please notify us by e-mail at info@anavogue.com within 2 days of taking delivery and we will replace the product or refund your money in full, upon receipt of the damaged product. This does not affect your UK Statutory Rights.

With International shipments, you are responsible for any local taxes and duties that may be charged.

You will only own the product once anavogue receives payment in full.

Each product is hand made using natural materials. As such, slight variations in colour from that shown on our website and texture must be expected.

These terms and conditions will be construed in accordance with English law and by placing your order with anavogue you agree to exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

anavogue has consent from Conde Nast to incorporate the word "vogue" into the name, but on express condition that anavogue is spelt in lower case only.

No material on this website may be reproduced, copied or distributed without the prior written consent from anavogue.
